President Co-ordinate, chair meeting, has casting vote Vice President Takes over role when president not available, Takes over any of the positions when the committee members are not available Secretary Writes and answers all correspondence on behalf of the club Takes care of the members register Follows up for sponsors for free items for club competitions Takes the minutes at all club meetings and distributes to committee members Treasurer Keeps the clubs bank account in order Reconcile check book Organises an audit with a qualified accountant as per constitution at the end of year Club Rep to NSWISA Attends the monthly meetings, Writes a report on club activities for the month Votes on behalf of the club at NSW council meetings Aussie Skate Representative Takes entries and monies for all Aussie Skate Comps Send list of all competitors to NSWISA with all competition monies Assist new members with membership forms Organize Aussie skate competitions at Erina Ice Arena • Announcer • Marshals • Door person • Announcer for the presentation Committee Members Takes responsibility for collecting goodies for presentation night and other nights where goodies are needed Assists other executive members where needed Liasion Officers Acts as official spokes person for the club in all club communications with outside organisations, businesses etc Reports back to club as required at meetings
