Vice President’s report: Wayne Mellis regretfully resigned due to work commitments.

General Business:
Kevin Winch advised that he has received a letter from Erina Ice Arena stating times available to us and matting use and storage.
Discussion about members attending the early morning sessions. Management advised that if we do not populate these sessions they will be cancelled.
Christine Winch suggested holding a chocolate drive and all in attendance agreed that we would sell 30 boxes.
McDonalds have provided us with 60 sports awards but they cannot be given out all at once and therefore will not be suitable for a comp goody bag. Kylie to send Kim a sponsorship letter to get further donations.
Discussion about upcoming Artistic Comp.
